Q: Who puts on Mammoth Rocks?
A: Mammoth Rocks is put on by the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce. Therefore, this event is put on by the members of the Chamber.
Q: How much does Mammoth Rocks cost?
A. There is no admission fee for the entertainment, however you will want to bring money (credit cards will be accepted) to 'taste' the yummy food from the restaurants across the Eastern Sierra and buy drinks.
Q. When is the event?
A. Bands are scheduled to start playing Friday evening around 4:00 pm and Saturday afternoon around 2:00 pm. However Mud Run sign in starts on Sat at 8 am.

Q: Where can I stay?
A: Look at our Lodging Deals on our Mammoth Rocks page. You can also go to the lodging page at www.VisitMammoth.com . There are also various camping locations throughout the Town.
Q: How much is the food?
A: The participating restaurants are encouraged to offer a variety of food tastings ranging from $2.00 to $6.00. Some may also offer a more complete portion and priced accordingly. Check out our Restaurants page for an up to date menu.
Q: What type of music is played at Mammoth Rocks
A: We are a "Rock" event. In years past we have stuck with cover bands but this year we are branching out to use all original artists.

Q. Where do I park?
A. Please take advantage of the public transportation/trolley service. The Village is a "hub" and one can arrive at the Village from nearly anywhere in town. If you must drive, the main parking area for the Village is located on the east side of Minaret across from the Village. Additional parking is available on Minaret, south of Main. Caution; Do not park on town streets strictly designated as no parking.
Q. May I bring alcoholic beverages into the event?
A. You may not bring outside alcoholic beverages into the event, however there will be libations sold on-site.
Q. May I bring in chairs for the event?
A. Yes, but no taller that 18 inches please.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Yes, but leash laws are in place.
Q. Is this a family friendly event?
A. Yes, however, the Mammoth Lakes Chamber has no plans of providing licensed child care.
